Lake Norman Regional Medical Center is pleased to welcome Joe K. Ades, DPM to its medical staff. Dr. Ades was appointed to the medical staff in February. Dr. Ades joins Adam Shapiro, DPM in practice with Foot & Ankle Associates of Mooresville, Huntersville and Charlotte.
Dr. Ades received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Il. He completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with Crozer-Keystone Health System in Greater Philadelphia, Pa. Most recently, he was Assistant Professor and Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgeon with James H. Quillen College of Medicine, Department of Surgery, East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tenn.
In addition to his board qualification in foot surgery, Dr. Ades is also board qualified in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
