Lake Norman Home Health, a division of Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, allows patients to recover in familiar surroundings, close to family and friends. It can be much less expensive than long stays in a hospital or nursing center. Our patients include accident victims, people recovering from surgery, and adults and children suffering from illness.
Our professionally-trained nurses, therapists and aides work closely with physicians and families to develop complete home health care plans for people of all ages. We are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
