On-site BSN Completion Program
At Lake Norman Regional, nurses with associate degrees or graduates of diploma nursing programs can gain the necessary clinical experience for a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. Students attending five different nursing schools participate in this program.
Tuition Reimbursement
After one year of service, full-time employees can pursue additional job-related degrees or national certifications with reimbursement for tuition expenses. The annual maximum is $1000 per year and requires satisfactory completion of coursework with a "C" or better.
