created "bed huddle" teams to improve patient flow
Lake Norman Regional has an all RN staff of clinically competent nurses. Our staff excellence has enhanced good nurse-physician relationships and communication. Backed by an accessible nurse manager/supervisor, our nurses are encouraged to further their education and are provided with the assistance to do so.

In addition to her duties as Associate Executive Director/Chief Nursing Officer at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, Pamela Rudisill is the Region 3 Director of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and President-Elect for the North Carolina Organization of Nurse Executives. An adjunct professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Pam is an active member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) and served an elected three-year term on the National Board of Directors. Pam is actively involved in the American Nurses Association, American Organization of Nurse Executives, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, North Carolina Organization of Nurse Leaders and Sigma Theta Tau. Pam has published a number of articles in clinical publications and is a sought-after national speaker.
