Inspirations Outpatient Counseling Center for Seniors

For senior adults struggling with aging, loneliness, depression or simply just everyday life, Lake Norman Regional's Inspirations offers outpatient counseling in a comfortable, home-like environment.

Overseen by a board-certified psychiatrist, Inspirations offers group counseling sessions with a licensed counselor to help patients return to emotional and mental well-being. Patients participate in group counseling sessions for approximately three hours per day, and the sessions include transportation and a nutritious lunch. All services provided by Inspirations are ordered and reviewed by our board-certified psychiatrist.
