MOORESVILLE, N.C. (November 20, 2012) – Lake Norman Regional Medical Center (LNRMC) is pleased to announce Bar None Quartet, as the special musical guest for this month’s Senior Extra Program. In a change of pace, the hospital will host a holiday social in place of the standard monthly meeting. The social will be held on Wednesday, December 5, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., in the Community Rooms A and B. In addition to the smooth, a cappella tunes of the Bar None Quartet, refreshments will be provided.
Comprised of four local guys, Bar None Quartet has been serenading audiences around the Carolinas for quite some time. With a more than 80 years of combined experienced, their crisp Barbershop style and extensive repertoire act as the catalyst for a fun and engaging experience for all audiences. Jeffrey Meekins, Wally Miles, Ted Leinbach and Steve Shoaf each bring a unique personality to the group which is reflected through their music and performance. You might even say they’re the best Barbershop quartet in the area, bar none.
The hospital’s Senior Extra Program is devoted to the health and wellness of seniors where membership and participation is free. Senior Extra Program’s meetings are always held the first Wednesday of each month, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., in the Community Rooms A and B. LNRMC encourages the public to attend a meeting, feel free to bring a friend or spouse.
