MOORESVILLE, N.C. (July 11, 2014) – Healthy Eating and How to Lower Your Cholesterol is the featured topic for the Lake Norman Regional Medical Center Senior Circle program on August 6th. Bernadette Joyce, RD, with Lake Norman Regional, is the program’s guest speaker. A free total cholesterol screening will be offered by the discussion begins, and fasting is not required.
The hospital’s Senior Circle program is devoted to the health and well-being of seniors. Senior Circle program meetings are always held the first Wednesday of each month, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., in the hospital’s Community Rooms A and B.
