MOORESVILLE, N.C. – Lake Norman Regional Medical Center is partnering with the American Red Cross to hold a blood drive on Friday, September 28, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The blood drive will take place in Community Rooms A and B; located in the main building of Lake Norman Regional Medical Center. The blood drive is open to the public; those interested are encouraged to make an appointment, but are not required. Participants are required to bring photo identification.
While the area has been spared by natural disasters this year, the blood supply for the region is still below the levels needed for the area’s population count. So, donors are in great need.
To register or to find out more about this local blood drive, please call the hospital’s Community Outreach department at 704-660-4859 or visit www.redcrossblood.org.
