MOORESVILLE, NC (February 3, 2014) — Lake Norman Regional Medical Center is hosting free seminars, Do You Suffer From Osteoarthritis? Relief Is Here!, on Tuesday February 4th, and Tuesday February 18th to educate attendees about the robotic-assisted technology that works to relieve knee pain. The seminars will feature James McDonald, M.D., Orthopedic Surgeon, and Van Sikes, MD, Orthopedic Surgeon.. These February seminars will take place in the Medical Office Pavilion, Suite 303, Medical Park Road, adjacent to Lake Norman Regional Medical Center in Mooresville.
Lake Norman Regional is the first hospital in the area to offer MAKOplasty®, a minimally invasive partial knee resurfacing procedure that treats early to mid-stage osteoarthritis in the knee.
