Lake Norman Regional Medical Center Welcomes New Director of Pharmacy

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (March 14, 2013) — Lake Norman Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce George Jolly, Pharm.D., as the new Director of Pharmacy.

Jolly has 12 years of pharmacist experience, primarily in pharmacy management.  Most recently, Jolly served as the Pharmacy Operations Manager for Iredell Memorial Hospital located in Statesville, NC. Prior to that, Jolly was in the same role at Gaston Memorial Hospital and was the Director of Pharmacy at Davis Regional Medical Center, both in N.C.

Jolly moved to North Carolina in 2003 after spending two years in Mesquite, Texas, working at the Medical Center of Mesquite as Director of Pharmacy and Mesquite Community Hospital as Staff Pharmacist.  

Jolly received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Pharmacy. Upon graduation, he worked as a Staff Pharmacist at Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, S.C. until moving to Texas in 2001.
