MOORESVILLE, NC (October 23, 2012) – Lake Norman Regional Medical Center (LNRMC) is pleased to announce Lake Norman Inspirations, as the guest speaker for this month’s Senior Extra Program. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 7, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., in the Community Rooms A and B. The topic of this month’s meeting will be “Beating the Holiday Blues.”
Lake Norman Inspirations is a department of LNMRC and serves as a counseling center for seniors struggling with aging, loneliness, depression or simply everyday life.
The hospital’s Senior Extra Program is devoted to the health and wellness of seniors where membership and participation is free. Senior Extra Program’s meetings are always held the first Wednesday of each month, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., in the Community Rooms A and B. LNRMC encourages the public to attend a meeting, feel free to bring a friend or spouse.
