Leadership Announcements at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center

Center is pleased to announce two new members of its leadership team, Whitney Fenyak, Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO), and Andrew “Andy” Payne, Director of Imaging Services. Fenyak began her duties at the hospital in September and Payne began his duties in October.
Whitney Fenyak, joins the hospital from Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Ronceverte, W.Va., where she was serving as their ACEO. While at Greenbrier Valley, she had direct oversight of 150 full-time employees in nine departments including radiology, laboratory, respiratory, pharmacy, sleep lab, physical therapy, plant operations, environmental services and dietary. She received her Master of Health Services Administration in the School of Public Health and Health Sciences from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management and Policy with a Minor in Psychology from The University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H. Fenyak is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Andy Payne joins Lake Norman Regional Medical Center from Delray Beach, Fla., where he was the Director of Imaging Services of a 530-bed medical center. Payne received his Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and he received both his Bachelor of Science in Biological Services and CNMTB in Nuclear Medicine from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI), quality improvement and operations leadership, the Society of Nuclear Medicine (SNM), and the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
