Retirement Recognition for 43 Years in Nursing - Joyce McLean, BSN, RN, Honored by Hospital

MOORESVILLE, N.C. -- Lake Norman Regional Medical Center staff and administration surprised Joyce McLean, BSN, RN, on her retirement from 43 years in nursing! Her last shift in the hospital’s emergency room was June 14, where she served as an emergency room nurse for 39 years, preceded by four years in medical-surgical nursing. McLean has served in various nursing positions including staff nurse, assistant manager and performance improvement specialist for the emergency department. She looks forward to spending time with her husband, Jimmy, and traveling. Congratulations and well done!
