Alec Grabowski, MBA, MHA
Interim Network Chief Executive Officer
Alec Grabowski, MBA, MHA, serves as interim network chief executive officer for both Davis Regional Medical Center, in Statesville, and Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, in Mooresville. He was promoted from serving as the hospitals' network chief operating officer, a position he held from December, 2022, until April 30, 2023, to his current role as network chief executive officer, responsible for managing hospital operations in the North Carolina market.
He joined the hospital's leadership team in Mooresville from Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center, a 365-bed hospital, located in Montclair, NJ, where he served as chief operating officer. During his tenure, he had administrative oversight for service line development, hospital operations, strategy and growth.
While at Mountainside, his leadership resulted in improved patient experience, increased employee engagement, and expansion of the hospital’s clinical services in surgery, oncology, cardiology and neurosciences.
Grabowski received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA. He received both his master’s degree in business administration and his master’s degree in healthcare administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA.
He is a member of the American Colleges of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and currently serves on the board of directors for JESPY, a nonprofit organization that enables adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential and lead independent lives.
James "Jamey" Stoner
Network Chief Financial Officer
Jamey Stoner has been a member of the hospital's leadership team for 15 years, serving as chief financial officer (CFO) from 2001 to 2014 and then rejoining the hospital as CFO in 2019. He has extensive healthcare finance experience and is a certified public accountant. He received his Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem.
Lance Coleman, MSN, MBA, R.N.
Network Chief Nursing Officer
Lance Coleman, MSN, MBA, R.N., manages all nursing services in the North Carolina market. He comes to Mooresville from Rutherford Regional Health System, located in Rutherford, NC, where he served as chief nursing officer. During his tenure, he had administrative oversight for all nursing standards and practice while intensely focusing on quality and patient satisfaction across the system’s nursing care departments.
Coleman received a Bachelor of Science in nursing from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Fitchburg State University in Fitchburg, MA, as well as a Master of Science in nursing from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), and the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN).
Tina Music
Network Chief Quality Officer
Tina Music, BSN, ADN, CPHQ, is an experienced quality leader with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare regulatory, patient safety and risk management roles. Tina has served in nursing and administrative roles through the years including neurosurgical critical care, medical-surgical services director, emergency services director, education director, director of risk management, quality and patient safety, regulatory nurse consultant and legal nurse consultant. In the early 2000s, Tina served as Lake Norman Regional Medical Center’s director of quality and risk management before returning to the CQO position in 2019 and assuming the position at Davis Regional Medical Center in May 2022. She received her associate degree in nursing from Prestonburg Community College in Prestonburg, Kentucky, and her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Kentucky, College of Nursing in Lexington, Kentucky. She is a certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ).
